I did open heart surgery 15min to remove radiator. Personal best got to love a one piece cowling.

Found a piece of black rag all twisted up inocentanly sitting in the corner by the sub frame. Must have fallen I whist I was cleaning up.

Thanks for comment's mistery solved.

New rad required as its got a big dip in the middle. Not risking it for the sake of a few hundred dollars.
