I start a holiday tomorrow - let me know if you need any help.
I'd like to come try those wheels on anyways If that's ok, but like I said I can help with JAM if you need any.

hey good luck with JAM!
i know when we took our first mini to dodgey bros in a nearby suburb, they went thru EVERYTHING!
the guy we bought it off said, 'yeh itll pass first go'
anyway, after the fine tooth comb, he gave us a list of parts, once replaced, it YET AGAIN went thru a fine tooth comb...very very discouraging!
yet they passed my bros car first go, didnt even check the brake lights of his commy!
VERY mini BIASED!
meanless to say, the mini is very happy sitting in the sun growing weeds..
but one day her day will come!
but HOPE ALL IS WELL 4 JAM!!
(looks like his day has come..2moz!)
hehe

Good luck with it all.

When I took my old mini down years ago the guy knew nothing about mini's. One thing he did pickup on was there was nothing securing the spare wheel. I explained that mini's never had anything. And it wasn't like it was going to go anywhere. It is in a steel box.

They will always look till they find at least one thing. Just hope it is something easy.

Unless I can get a screw on speedo this morning, I won't be getting a blue slip.

I went to replace my broken speedo last night, with a working spare I knew I had.......turns out the spare is a clip on type speedo :(

So I have 2 hours this morning to find a working screw on type speedo and fit it.

I've got a Clubby speedo here somewhere, will look if you get stuck. Not sure which type.
