I"m a newbe, I live in QLD on the Sunshine Coast "kicks but". I've got a 63 Morris 850ish; clubby interior, 1275cc, floged out drums, 2" pipes, 12" sub on back seat aimed at my back [who needs a chiropractor] It's blue with a white roof and has 'Britax Cooper' racing stripes.

Adelaide Ausmini cruises (when they happen) usually start in North Adelaide, so you won't have to go far to join in.

Nice mini btw, interior and wheels look fimiliar...get them from Brickworx?

:D Hi Im the watto and have just joined the mini owners elite!
I drive a 1971 green cooper 'replica' with a single bonnet stripe and we can be seen around Eltham! Max started life as a mini K but was completely modified prior to me owning him.

Hi to all the other mini,s I have been waving at in the street...you know who you are.
I have many questions and now have found this forum, prepare to begin answering them.

Hi the watto,

Hope you enjoy your time on ausmini and when you get around to it please post some pics up in the members gallery of your mini k cooper replica. Mini owners are friendly folk and I usually get waves back - at least you already know about that!

Cheers, Nick

Welcome watto.

We've already got a quite omnipresent watto on here, but i'm sure we've got room for one more!

Do you mean Eltham in Victoria? Please stick your location in your profile so people can help you out if required. ;)

hi all, Ruddo here. I am from Warrnambool, vic.

i finally returned to the mini family last year after about ten years of being miniless. i used hack around the family farm in a dark blue 850, and later a 998 cooper (love to know where it ended up), and then put myself through uni doing up a series of 7 or 8 Mokes

Iv'e now gone new-age with an 03 MINI Cooper S with a works kit. chilli red, with white roof and stripes. It is the most fun car I have ever owned. I get such a buzz every time I drive it. I have gotten into the habit of driving with the back seats folded down so I hear more the wonderful exhaust note....a burble better than any V8.

Good to see so many enthusiastic owners here!! Will try to upload some pics of my toy when i work out how!?
