Put the Wade 104 cam into the engine for Project"S" and set up the correct valve timing with a new double row timing chain and offset woodruff key then followed this up with a lot of careful grinding on the combustion chambers and inlet ports of the 12G202 head belonging to same engine. The head will be sent to the w'shops for new guides and head skim and valve/seat grinds next week.

Dr and I replaced a threaded bolt in the Gear box... Its Finished now 8) Then started the trial fitting of the block. We didn't get far as it seems the crank is bent by 3 thou which is a little to much. We put the crank in and the the two end caps on and it would not spin..bugger. I cant really complain this crank has been perfect till now. Just wished we could have gotten further with the heart. Till next week on it but will do more on Marcia tomorrow

Pulled out the new hydro pump toy and cycled fluid through the suspension again. After filling it with nice fresh clean glycol yesterday, what came out was the same brown smelly yuk

I think it's going to take a few flushes to get it clean
