Hello everyone my name is Steve. I am currently waiting for my first mini to be completed. It is a 1970 Mini Matic converted to manual, Cooper S Spec with 1310, rally cam and ported head, Webasto full length sliding sunroof, Britax slotted disc brake f/end etc etc basically built to concourse condition by a good friend of mine Greg Coates in Sydney (a few of u on here may or may not have heard of him). The resto is due for completion in the next month or so before being transported up. I am looking forward to chatting with you all and hope to see you queensland members around the streets of brisbane soon.

as far as i know it is running twin inch 1/4 su's, the manifold i don't know ..... i actually have never seen the car other than the photo's that greg has sent me...... I actually bought it off the photo's!!!!. Seriously though the quality of Greg's restorations are of such high quality that i didn't really need to see the car in the metal.

Hi I am Frans from The Oaks, near Camden NSW. Drove Minis back in 70's and early 80's. Now in helping keep son's Clubman on the road. See also the topic on ugly front suspension or whatever I called it. Have a load of spares, mainly glass, doors boot lids etc, none of them perfect but I think all still worth using.

I'm currently working on a 1966 deluxe with a 1293 engine and am buying a 998 clubman tomorrow as I don't have a car on the road at the moment.

My name's Simon, I live in Sydney and currently driving a devil yello 76 clubman.

I do have plans to restore an aging primer grey :? 66 deluxe to its former glory in the coming future.

I have dreams, that is all that counts.
