Put the aerial back on.

It's very flacid at speed.

All I did today was put a chrome look "Classic not plastic" decal on rear window that I got off fleabay.

I normally I don't like stickers that much, but this one seems too sum up how I feel about my toy.

that is awesome - very silly of Rigol to make it that easy! the guy in the video is a nut!

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in my attempt to convert my car to TBI, maybe a progress report and pictures etc in a new thread:?:

I have gathered most of the things, just waiting for the injector adapter and other bits to be delivered this Monday.

definitely another thread - put it in mini mods

So I guess you'd could call me a 52 year old geek![/quote]

Put on a new inlet manifold, a nice set of extractors and a rather fat exhaust. Sounds like a Mini should, not like a wet fart.

An by jingoes,by golly,by crikey, it pulls like 40 Bastards now 8)

Spent yesterday making a puller for the gear selector stay bush in the diff housing. Rod change box. Soooooo spent this arvo getting it out and a new one in! Been putting it off for a while. And yes it was annoying! The LCB has been welded together so was right in the way of where i was working, So weber off, exhaust studs out and rear exhaust mounts off so I had enough room. JOb done and gear selection does feel better!

Fixed exhaust mounting and remounted the electric fuel pump on the 850, then took it for a spin. Now it seems a welsh plug is leaking/seeping
Started putting the S subframe back together. One of those frustrating days when i wonder why i bother with these cars.

Finally fixed my horn. Soldered a new contact on to the indicator to touch the contact on the steering column. Didn't even take long to do and works like a beauty.
