hey
glad to hear bout mini, time for an update now..
anytime..
and pics! hehe
ah yep, my first recommendation, (after u hav bought it, coz i kno u will) after ur insurance, (this is green slip and at least 3rd party) is to get up with NRMA roadside assistance..
http://www.mynrma.com.au/join.asp
saved me and my lil stupid-not-working cars..so i would suggest the 'classic care' means u get more than 4 calls out a year (VERY handy) and its only $79.50 (plus joining fee, which i think is waived for under 25s..u can ask wen u apply;) )
especially if ur mini is afraid of rain!
hehe ryde, yep im guessin u go to macq..good uni, not the best but good uni (hav friends there)!
ah yeh, any probs, any parts needed, etc, just jump on the forum, and hey, u got answers!
cheers
Kaz

hi people.
Thank you ALL for so much input.
Seriously speaking,im all out to purchase the car.(with many suggestions and thoughts)
well i just need some technical help with the findings for today.
need some help. These are the findings for today(with help of mechanic):

Radiator hoses-broken needs replace/bottom radiator leaking at water pump
Coolant-No coolant in cooling system--suggested service/add coolant
Fuel pump-Leaking suggested overhaul/replace
Gear box oil leak(at casing)-suggests degrease recheck and repair
Radius rod bushes(both front)-need replacing
Leaf/control arm(both rear)-worn suggested replace
Pedal rubbers-worn need replace

how would each affect the normal driving of the car?can someone please explain to me?more or less i know WHERE are the parts located.I just wana know roughly how much im going to spend to replace these and if these are novelty items or essential ones that may cause danger on the roads?
so how much would servicing or replacing these costs?

Cheers.and thank you all for your expertise and opinions.
