Sold. Don't s'pose you're over GR's way tomorrow?? If not I'll have to come pick it up after work if that's OK??

I also need to get to Karcraft to get a timing chain. Is that the best place to get one??

any idea how much ball park??

Is there more than one type and if so which is the best??

Ask GR if he's got any of those German timing chains (or whether Karcraft could get them). Coz according to him the english version, at quarter the price is also absolute crap.

Oh and Kev, cant remember, did you put n offset key in mine too or did we use that coop S timing gear, GR supplied?

Well thanks again then - I guess I owe you for an offset key too. :) Only took me 7 months to realise that.

Just spoke to Graham again. He has sold me on a vernier adjustable timing gear set, so I won't need that 8 degree key. Thanks anyway Doc.

No worries, I'll put them away again...
Personally, I think a vernier setup is a big waste of $$$. Once you have set it up you will never ever change it... and if you do change a cam a $15 key will fix it again!

I'll stick with a timing belt (they don't s-t-r-e-t-c-h) and offset key.... :P
