Just found a wheel on eBay that would need a slight PCD modification......

Although.... if it is a 3 piece, you could get a new centre fabricated in almost any design and with a 4x4" PCD......

Would the tyres on that last rim be Highway approved?... Could be a more appropate tyre for those running 10x6's and 10x7's

Doubt they would have any speed rating at all..... cant think of a golf buggy that can pass 40kmh......

You need to check out some of the American golf buggy's on the net. Some of the things Americans do. I know there is a tire 'good year' make called the Double Eagle that is 205, but they don't sell them in Australia. the blow out rating on them is 120kph made for golf buggys

Just as a thought , what is the PCD of the Morris 1100 , it's different from mini I think and might be miles off anything else but worth a look on the off chance .
