Just so you all know, I did send this on to mike for checkiing as mike is going through the same project. I have made a list of my next how-to's, they should be fairly concise and are as follows:

1) A-Panel transplant using: a) new fabricated panel. b) second hand trimmed to size panel.
2) Interior trim from scratch to be redone in cream and red leather from start to finish, which
will include:a) door panels b) Seats c) Dash lining in leather with woodgrain inserts d) carpet
fitting e) Headlining refitting.
3) Floor transplant modifying new panels to allow for hydrolastic pipes and wiring channel.
4) Complete rear end transplant using donor rear cut.
5) Keyless entry and electric window install.
6) Panel and paint of the mini from start to finish.

These will be the few that I will start off with for now, it will take me some while, but I
am looking forward to it very much. Once I have finished with Ed, I will most probably
move onto the next project which will be the 4wd alto works conversion, I think it will
be fun.

One quick question, have you flipped front your mini and if so is it engineered and how did you go at Regency?
Cheers
Tim
