With the added advantage that when the rubber wears down the drive cog gives you extra bite on the road for less wheel spin ...

I think you'll find it's from a slot car which would be gear driven so sadly no chain on it . Otherwise it'd save trouble of fitting snow chains when you went skiing .

well unless it has speed and load ratings i wouldnt put it on your car.. unless it was only for shows and you took it on a trailer :D

Maybe there's a track on the load ramp of the trailer that hooks onto the gear to help in the loading of the car onto the trailer???
