Whilst Ausmini was down I:

Moved House
Drank Beer
Broke my motorbike
Drank Beer
Looked at fixing my motorbike
Whilst Drinking Beer
Didn't fix my motorbike
Fitted a Towbar to my Car (What a PITA!)
Bought a new Laptop
Decided the new Windows is rubbish
And was generally more productive at work.

Things I did while ausmini down?
Joined the moke forum, sold the mini and bought a moke!
Only kidding, thank God were back!
It was good to see some familiar names on the moke forum though and find out what was happening as the world we know and love came crashing down.

I used to call any outages "scheduled garage time".

While Ausmini was down I :

Annoyed Poeee that it was down ,
Annoyed everyone on the moke forum ,
Went to the beach for a few days ,
Asked Poeee for updates ,
Emailed those who I knew email address's for and told them why it was down and about the moke forum ,
Stripped out the spare bedroom to convert it into the little dudes room before bub arrives ,
Asked Poeee for updates ,
Procrastinated about painting the spare bedroom ,
Watched it rain wishing I could work on the mini's (need fine weather as it's store room only in garage) ,
Bugged Poeee for updates ,
Annoyed everyone on the moke forum ,
Resisted the urge to tell Alsminik what I thought of him on the moke forum ,
Basically didn't achieve a lot due to time/weather/procrastination :P

I did what I normally do even when Ausmini was up and running.... Not much..

Ok, I did wash and clean the Mini, fitted a LED brake light to that back window, got a hole repaired in the radiator... End of story.

For the record, whilst ausmini was down, I:

*actually got work done at work
*spoke to people in the real world for a change
*annoyed brickworx
*ran-in a new rc car
*annoyed brickworx again
*worked on the deluxe
*did some car-hunting
*inconvenienced mini-imports
*annoyed brickworx once more (im not real popular with parts suppliers ATM :D )
*tried to find something elso on the net where I could spend more than 5 minutes: none

Most productive I've been all year.
:D

While trying to get through the DTs from no ausmini, I found out that most uk mini forums are an absolute PITA and a bugger to nav through!

Now I have access to ausmini search function again, Ian and Kev can have a rest from my questions

As for me, while AusMini was down, I made some exhaust brackets for Dylan's mini. I'll show 'em to you when I bring them home from work - checked to see if AusMini was working yet - rounded up another Moke owner for our Geelong Social - got meningitis (we think) almost better now thanks - so all in all, I don't really know when this site crashed coz. the last week and a bit is a bit of a blur :?

Ah well, the world goes on
