well my brother took the rocker cover off and it has double valve springs but could not see if it was a 12g295... it had a different number there...im sorry but i have to wait for my brother to be home when im home to post pics as he has photoes or whateva....and it is his car so photoes should be up this yr sometime... thanks for all ya help guys and look forward to more replies when pics are up

Does it have an engine number?

Cooper 997 also had double valve springs on a 12G202 head.

Any bootboard brackets oin the boot?

Electric fuel pump under rear subframe?

Drums on front? Single or twin leading shoe?

Black vinyl on top dash rail? Heater outlets with metal surrounds?
