Hi,
Without opening a can of worms, $15000 is what I reckon the car would get on the open market.
Matching numbers but the colour doesn't match the id plate plus vehicle has
wrong alternator, wheels, volt regulator, steering wheel, weber and the list goes on.
I am aware most of these mods are bolt on and the original items are probably in the garage.
However, colour beautiful colour you own it, don't let part with her/him.

If I had an ex bathurst mini I would be restoring it back to its bathurst colour/s and stickers and taking it to shows etc. It would be brilliant. Not many people can say they have a bathurst race car. Wish I had one, as long as it was a mini. Watch some old bathurst videos and it might re light the fire for you and this car. Good luck.

had the misfortune to here of a "genuine Bathurst mini" that was left under a tree outside Beechworth and left to rot ,some people , :? those cars should be loved and revered and if you are fortunate to be a custodian of one and you have lost the enthusiasm :( :( case for certification :?

Hi,
I beg to differ with $15000 price tag. But don't wish to hijack this thread.
Keep it and all its memories.

You're not miniless until you actually receive the payout IF it is written off.
But nice try!
Whereas I could clear out a space in the garage Doogie.

A unrestored Mk1 Cooper S sold for mid $8000 bracket last week on ebay plus there was a red Cooper s on ebay too in the last few days it was at $20,000.

But if you say mines worth 15k fair enough, but as it has dry cone subframes all adjustable suspension, bilstein shocks, hydrulic handbrake is that going to drive its value down further?
