Mate if you are satisfied with the stability and happy to work under it, Do so. I have read and heard of to many situations where the family suffers afterwards and would expect everyone no matter what they are holding thier cars up in the air to ensure its stable.

mmmm.... Shall we start this again!!!

This could be interesting!!!

I will summise this very short and sweet. I use blocks of wood, all day everyday with work. Working on Forklift trucks where axle stands are not upto the job! they are too weak! So we use hard wood! So please don't tell me to use axle stands!

Wood used in the correct manor is safer then any chinese welded axle stands!!!!

Now anyone wish to put in the 2c worth please do so by muttering sweet nothings at the screen!!!! lol

Ps. To make the pipe fit you have to remove the streched open end and slight bend from the engine end!
