They can look acceptable in certain conditions. Those conditions being pitch black.

Or if you like the look of a 60s car with period accessories, like budgie perches, wicker picnic boxes, possible a monsoon shield, 10 inch tyres with those neat chrome trims.

IF it wasn't so bloody dodgy when I bought it I would be driving it now . I've got a local Mini specialist from Merbein rebuilding the motor as we speak , once thats done I'll be out and about for sure . Minis at the mill and Minis at the bay here we come !!!!

So many mechanics will want to tinker with your car because they think it'll be fun.. But a lot don't know what they're doing. I went in to get a RW with one mechanic, he wrote out a list, it didn't pass(I had a feeling it wouldn't).. He said that.. "I think it needs a part, i don't know what part but i'll get one"... I was quick to get my car out of there. What part did he intend on getting.. and why did he have to ask what something was.... that happened to be my susp. Dodgy. Be careful!!
