those 15s would only be 1.5% bigger than my 13s

That's correct. I didn't quite believe it when I was looking at it. I crawled under the back, just to satisfy myself he hadn't lengthened the trailing arms.

1071 used a much more scientific method - his hanky to measure the tyre radius and compare with the 12" wheeled Mini next to this one. Using this highly accurate method, it seems there was roughly 1/8 of an inch difference in radius. :P
