I met him at Mini 50, and he started it by going on about people helping me. I called his car a bitsa when i was chatting to him and he hasnt liked me since then. Bits from here bits from there. It is a nice ute. But for some reason hes been pissed at me since. Whether its jealousy, because im doing around aus trip and people are helping me do it, or whether hes just a plain dick about it i couldnt say. But i could have popped his headswell with a pin at Mini50.

But all the fun of giving him crap has gone now that jess has edited it all out

Actually Al is a nice guy , I've had my share (or more) of row's with Al here and regardless of what we were arguing over he doesn't sink to childish name calling like you just have .

I dont't have a problem with anyone here, there might be a few ning-nongs and numnuts but I,ve never sworn at or made fun of anyones car, thats not on.

Big Al, I hope your able to fix the clutch alright, has an oil seal gone and its slipping or have you broken something.

well snail its a bit silly what i did, i bought a chrome rocker cover (with my hard earned money) and put it on the car and the oil cap has a breather hole that does not go all the way through so i blew the seal and oil all over the clutch and it finally gave up the ghost, so hopefully people will read this and realise their poor little engines need to breathe as much as possible.
still going to pull the engine out and polish it as i dont rely on this for daily transport and nothing big is happening in tassie this year mini wise..

Al is a good bloke and I have alot of time for him and his band of "mary men". He is a "straight shooter", he has his opinions and doesn't hold back especially when he knows he is right. I know he has helped many people when they have been stuck in Tassie.
