That confirms what I put above with sportspacks being 1260 track.

So I now think its safe to say that the widest legal track you can have on a mini is:
1285mm

Umm Nick, you're still 85mm over track, so you can be defected for them.

I'm not the coppas or the RTA so I don't give a crap about who runs what wheels, I just don't like seeing the wrong information put here and then being used as a reference later in case somone gets in trouble.

Your eyes are not deceiving you, but that is a mistake I reckon.
(not startring an arguement over whos legal whos not just trying to solve the mystery)

Look at the rear track: 70mm smaller.
Every other mini ever built had a track difference front to rear of 30/31mm.

I have just checked the specification in a glossy brochure for the last mini Cooper sport pack with 13x6 wheels and the track is front 1.28 rear 1.26
A standard Cooper with 12 x 5 wheels is front 1.24, rear 1.21
And the measurement is taken from the centre of each tyre, so I guess if you measure the overall track (width) and subtract the width of 1 wheel as per a previous post
Maybe the 1325 is the total without subtracting the wheel width?
