I went to rebuild one of my SC12s and could get the big double row (i think they were double) bearings on the gear side but couldn't get the ones on the pulley side. The gear side bearings are epoxied in. You need a press and heat to get them out and the new ones re-epoxied in.
The Blower had a strange knock in it, this was why I looked into rebuilding it in the first place.

Turned out to be too much drama. Back when they were $150 each I just picked up another sc12 unit and bolted it in. I also have another one spare that I paid $100 for.

The one that is in my deluxe at the moment has been running fine for about 3years. Does have an odd (possibly slight knocking)noise to it when hot but doesn't effect performance. I am running syth gear oil.

The blower is the easy part. The hunt for correct Air fuel ir where the time is.
