That may well be so; but it was years ago, I had never seen a Rover shell and it looked dodgy as at the time. No captive nut, they just drilled a hole and stuck a bolt & nut in it.
Late Oz Clubbies have the front belt in the pocket, but it has a proper nut welded to the inner sill, which is thicker than the flimsy pocket.
