Here's one for you to try. Go to a bike shop or bike wreckers.

When I was building my Suzuki I bought an aftermarket pipe from some some big Honda road bike. It was an insurance job, the muffler had a big mark on the side of it after the rider dropped the bike (got it from a bike workshop attached to a Honda dealership). Still works though, just doesn't look as pretty. It's straight through and bugger me if the ute doesn't sound similar to a 1600cc road bike :shock: :lol: also ultra light and mega bling being titanium 8) cost me $150.

So what does JAM have??

Well, tonight I fitted an LCB, 2 inch exhaust system with LUKEY center exit muffler.

Too big?? I dunno....but it should rumble :wink:

YES it was WAY TOOOOOO BIIIIGGGGGGG..... :shock:

Too damn loud and did nothing for performance.

Now I have an LCB with 'Twin Box RC40' and it is MAGIC! :D

unless they were set up wrong before, the new exhaust should have a negative effect unless the carby is richened up a bit, no?

clubby - twin 1" 1/4, LCB's into 2" exhaust not sure what muff but it not stock with 2" chrome tip
