Thanks for the pics guys and a big THANK-YOU to everyone who drove miles and attended, great cars, great runs and a really great time had by all as far as I know!

Lovely to put so many faces to names, I went to Ringwood with the Taree / Coffs runners, boy were they enthusiastic about a hillclimb day!!

Watch this space!!

Big thanks to Bruce, his family, Damo! and Mel and Scotty and Dana, party animal Jan! 8) plus anyone else who I have forgotten! CHEERS!

Oh and Anton, this was an MCC NSW Mid North Coast event, the car on club plates (a real 'old lady' 850 called Minnie) is as stock as they come, it is registered with a club that understands how to run the plate scheme.

When registering, I list all the clubs I am in on the RTA form, then as long as the event is an invitational from one of those clubs, I can ring my club plate registrar and get a movement order.

They write the event in their log book and issue me a number, if the police or RTA should enquire, everything is logged, legal and above board :)

This is exactly the kind of run that club plates are all about, Minnie probably only gets about 6 -8 runs a year, this club also likes you to do at least 3 runs with them each year.

I do not want to risk this great system being lost to all, so I abide by the rules!

Cheers! Graham 8)
