I know I'm a bit slow in posting this but I was sitting in the Grandstand and unfortuately witnessed the crash.

The weak zoom on my Canon S45 could only get this

Looks like it's all getting back together so we'll be able to get some more numbers back on track.

Cheers

Daniel

Great to see the car looking like that - much healthier !!

Hopefully my eye infection is finally clearing up and I'll be back on track learning the ropes again soon too - and adding to the numbers !

Cheers,
Ken.

TYVM Daniel....I have sent the link to Barrie.

I think its a pretty good pic, you can see that the Red and Yellow Flags are out..and just in focus at that distance (where was your 600mm mirror lens mate :P ).

Ken....get well soon :!:

Cheers, Mick

Much better than the V8 Supercars in my opinion.

Couldn't have said it better!

BTW if the EH driver was driving or a mini, and nota RWD with dodgy solid axcle raer suspension he wouldn't have spun......Just makes me appreciate even more how great minis are

.....untill the front end lets go and then you have to take a deep breath and press harder  I myself prefer final oversteer....its more predictable (IMHO)

EH's like any other 60's family cars (cept the mini, but who ever called a mini a family car was on drugs, or should have been!) they are tanks and probably suffered no noticable structural damage.
