hey guys, sorry to hijack the thread, but while on topic,
i remember an old guy that did VW conversions next to the place i worked. He knew his stuff. He showed me a little valve that he sells quite alot of for VW's... it gets joined in line with the brake circuit, u can then put pressure on the brakes and push the button, that would keep the pressure on the brakes while you're not pushing the pedal.

I spose the technical term would be Manually Actuated Non-return Valve.
Sort of a hydraulic handbrake i suppose.

I had a quick look on google but didnt really find much, except

so true in so many ways lol i usually park tiny behind other cars when i go out somewhere, i always seem to manage to park him in awkwards spots

This is an odd one.

At work I used to think, park it up the back inthe dark, no one will see it, yes, well no one will see it being stolen either.

So at work I park it, under bright light out of a particular window so the girls at the bar can see my car. They know it's mine not some dodgies (other than me lol).

So what does everyone reckon, in view of public and trusted others (visible to thieves) or hidden where no one can see it, and no one can see it being robbed.

i reckon in the view of the public, like i said i always try and park tiny near the front door or atleast close to it and if thats not possible i park him in the tightest of spots behind other cars, in awkward spots so its still seen and nearly impossible to roll away with

Actually Mate it was parked with 2 other cars near it, unfortunately, neither were in front. Either way it was still in a lit up area and in spitting distance of my bedroom window (so to speak). Such is life I'll have to upgrade to a round nose now :P

Aw - Zach !!! When someone says "spitting distance" it automatically winds up a minds eye picture of you sitting at your bedside table working up a golly to toss at the mini.

Sorry - just a deviate mind I guess.
