Ouch, does this mean the race car gets a new screamer engine??

My old man had a mini in the '60s and heard something go when giving it some curry. The car was still running, though a bit shaky, so he drove the odd 10 or so miles home. Got there without a hitch, and pulled the motor down to find a snapped crank. Gotta love the good old A series. :D

Or Rhemac if you've got the dosh. I don't personally like the people at Rhemac, for various reasons, but apparantly they do good engine work.

What don't you like about the people at Rhemac...

And the money isn't to Bad i rang them on Tuesday the quote for a full blue printted bottom end assembled was going to be worst case $2000.000 which included everything very professional people..

Won't get deeply into it on here, but to say the least, I was not happy with some non-engine related service and they were not happy about working on the Mini.

But I've heard good things about their motors from a few people/
