I spent most of the day in the Kitchen making the burgers that you all ate. I got so involved in there that I ended up spending about 5 hours + in the kitchen. Someone had to do it. The reason I mentioned Ausmini name tags is because at events like the Muster us member of the MOCQ wear our Club shirts for obvious reasons, but if we had an Ausmini tag we can wear it too. But that is only for those who don't mind showing who they are. I only got out of the kitchen to put Viv's Hairy lime Mini on the Dyno which even though it did not get the full run because it developed a fuel leak in one of the Carbs it produced 59.2 HP at about 4800rpm. I think it would have surprised a few people if it could have got the full run and he could let it wind out a bit more. It Runs a 3.1 Diff. Not bad for a modified Auto Block 12ye. 1360. I have now fixed the fuel leak, it was just a presure problem. A pressure regulator did the trick.

Shirts are good, but I reckon we need the nametags as well. There are a few of us in the MOCQ for example that will be weatring thae club shirts on club runs, but still want to show allegience to the AUSMINI forums!!

My 2c.

Hi all,

i am working on this atm so once the choices have been approved and prices have been finalised I will post up a thread for orders. I have requested quotes for nametags from the supplier as well as a whole stack of other stuff.

thanks
Jess

Lets not do namebadges, but get our shirts emboidered with our names!!!

They could do it all in one hit!

I personally like the original grey shirts....

i am actually getting quotes for both as some have expressed that they would like to wear club shirts and ausmini nametags whereas non-club people like me would just wear the shirt

yeah i kinda thought the same, although i thought the 2 striped looked a bit like those tuxedo shirts/rashvest things  if i did white on black we could have the ausmini penguin brigade!

yeah but i reckon the simplest stuff works the best. ill be doing up a couple more later tonight but i reckon a single stripe works best.

oh and btw im all for the nametags as well, im not just trying to force shirts on anyone, as im a member of MOCQ as well (allthough i havent bought a shirt yet  )

any critisism/comments welcome on these guys

AND thanks to swae for getting some prices, nice job

I like the two stripes but it does look a bit like you're wearing braces, or a harness?

Are you dead set on doing polo's? I like tee-shirts better, but maybe that's just me. If you could do an Iron on logo with a space for people to write in their nicknames then they could put it on what ever they liked?

Regardless of what we end up with I'd be happy to get a shirt or two.
