Depends on if you have mixed up or left out wires.
Some of the green wires at the fusebox feed the cluster. Check the fuel tank and temp senders for 10V. That will tell you if the voltage stabilizer is wotking.

Disconnect the battery first. A spade terminal refers to the shape of the connector at the end of a wire. The fuse box has maybe 10 or 12 wires connected with these push on spade connections. They get dirty and corroded over time.
I use a small wire brush or sand paper to clean the dirty metal contacts. Spray them with some wd40 or similar.

Will give that a crack tomorrow thanks. I still am bedazzled as to why there is not even 1 light working....

Could it be that little block ( voltage stabalizer or something?) on the back of the circuit board? That would make sense

Depends on if you have mixed up or left out wires.

I havent left out anything as ive just swapped it over, I would of thought that power to the circuit board would still power the lights at least?

I think you need to do the fuse box first. Then move on to the next thing.

Ok cleaned fuse box up...

No luck.

Does it matter which way the plugs go on to the box btw? I think I may have got 2 plugs on thr wrong way... they are both on the same side though

Have a look at this wiring diagram. Item 14 is the fuse box. http://media.wix.com/ugd/eda60d_cb0d9ce ... dcc35d.pdf
The power wires coming in are the white and brown.
The white will be powered up when the ignition is turned on.
The brown will always have 12V to them.
The green wires are on the fused side of the white wires.
The purple wires are on the fused side of the brown wires.

If so then thats cool ive plugged it in properly.

Get a multimeter and start tracing the wires and checking them for power.
Also check your earths for continuity.

Just Facebook me if you want. It is easier for uploading photos and chatting.

So the Voltage Stabilizer... I think this is the issue, but if this is stuffed, would it stop the lights coming on properly on the dash as well?

Switch multimeter to measure DC volts. Closest setting larger than 12 (Usually 20 or thereabouts)
Make sure the black lead is plugged to black socket on multimeter
Red lead plugged to dc volt red socket. (Check multimeter manual if not sure)

Go to battery. Put black lead/probe on -ve terminal, red on +ve terminal. Should then measure 12 or thereabouts
Now put black lean/probe on the body somewhere (Try where the battery -ve connects to the body) then put red on +ve at battery. Should have same voltage as previously (give or take). If no voltage then battery is not good or connections not good !

Now go to front of car.
Place black probe on one of the engine bolt/studs, then place the red on one of the fuse terminals. (Always good practice to earth first with black, then apply red) If they are live then you will get 12volts or thereabouts. Start by checking the brown wire connection. Then move the red probe to the other side of the fuse, should be the same voltage.
Repeat for the other side. Note that this side is only live if ignition is on.
White is the feed or "delivery" side, Green (Mostly) is downstream supply to things that have power when ignition is on.

Now your marching ! (As they said on Stripes - Look it up !)

Repeat the process using the electrical diagram as a guide, working back to your ignition switch and the wiring to the clocks (Speedo etc).

Hope that helps.
Look up Youtube for auto electrical. Should be lots of good how to's.
