You should seek compensation from them. It would not be an unreasonable thing to do. They might have caused a monster accident.

I'm serious.
Year 2000. Grade 7.
Walking my bike across the ped. crossing out front of the primary school.
Old (60+) lady neglected to stop at the red light and plowed thru me.
60km/hr; 50kg body = 20m missile range. :shock:
All 3 bones in my right leg broken.
In hospital for 1 week. Weight bearing after 4 days.
I'm fine now (part from the hefty brain damage).
And yeah, i've got the hardware to show for it. (thick metal plate and retaining pins)
So yeah, thats how it worked out.
$10,000 future medical expenses (for front two teeth damage - crown/veneer in the future)
$12,013 medical costs
$1529 misc costs (taxis, phone calls, lawyer fees
All covered by insurance
then $29,872 pain and suffering (the real money- COMPO)

And they say i was 25% in the wrong! :shock:

$750 for a cannon man u got ripped big time. i got mine for $250 installed but i do have extractors and a 2" exhaust and i replace the old muffler because it had a whole in it not just to be a ricer.

I was hit by a car in Year 7 also, woke up with my body underneath the car and the guys number plate in my face :shock:

At least you were okay willy and got some compensation :wink: 25% in the wrong :roll: that's insurance companies for ya!

yer this isn't a cheappy cannon
its a good one
but it didn't cost 750 dolla anyway
so he didn't get ripped
