That would stand up in court I reckon and it's certainly good enough to satisfy me.

Not sure on Victorian Law, but in NSW that would not stand up. 'Reckoning' is not legally recognised over approved tests and experts (meaning qualified Automotive Engineer in this case) opinions. On a cursory forensic glance, that label fixed to the underside of the seat will bring you undone, unless you have an engineering approval, then the matter, if disputed, would no long reside between yourself, the authorities and your insurer, but between the authorities and the approving gingerbeer

How on earth do you get that theory from that label? That is even more stupid than most of your other posts.

Just give it up and stop trolling the forum.

Try here

http://www.minispares-online.co.uk/

You might have to send them an email as they tend to only have 'packages' listed on line.

whats with the narky narky crap. Peace Mini People Peace.

and if your worried about cobra seats, i have a 2008 model mazda 3 seat as my drivers seat. Bracket made up to mount it to the existing seat mounts, passed rego no problems.

No need for an engineer because it used the existing mounts. QLD Rego though, so not sure about other states, assume would be the same.

Just use a proper seat frame and mount it to the existing mounts and you shouldnt require an engineers cert.

WTF you just wrote a huge flame post aimed at me last week for not promoting local businesses and now you're doing the same thing! You truly are a piece of work...

Call Revolution Racegear, they stock them and at reasonable prices. I got a quote from minispares and it costs about the same including delivery fee but buying locally you can sit in them first.

Minisport.com.au have packages too.
