Measure the ambient temperature while driving 40mph in front of the car, and then measure it at the carb mouth, filter, whatever you prefer to call it.

It will be the same.

The whole cold air intake thing has been discussed up the wazoo... it doesnt do anything.

EXCEPT - On Cush's beast, he has other performance enhancing mods that allow CIA to work, we all know that... the 'special vitamin filled water' the special coloured grille, etc.

That is why BMC came up with the two position air intake for the standard air filter box.
