im definately keeping the rex, but i want a mini to drive during the week (see my other post re if this will work or not)

the rex is too much of a target for, well, most people, and the fuel consumption on it kils me (think 60l tank gone in 300km's @1.25/litre bp ultimate)

and ive had a thing for minis since b4 i can remember....

hope it will b feasible for me to get one.....

im in the south of sydney, near cronulla, and nope, i havent really even began to look for a mini - as it will primarily be a daily driver, will 2-3 get something that runs fairly well etc? (maybe answer this in my post in mini talk

welcome MR99WRX.....an idea for you might be to have a drive of a Mini or two....I'm sure people here would be happy to trail along behind in your Rex .....

the other thing is that a daily driver Mini needs a little more care and attention, more so than a lot of "modern" cars.....

Hi all, Im shane and live in Sydney, but I'm an Adelaide boy. i own a 1970 mini which i'm bringing over here in a few weeks. I've owned a few minis before in Adelaide, one of which was a polka dotted clubby, which turned into a purple and orange scalloped beastie until i threw a rod coming back from Murray Bridge. Looking forward to flying around Sydney.
