the caravan parks have pools - I hope it's not hot enough to swim tho - my aunt and uncle lost their house yesterday, their swimming pool saved their lives

The last I heard (last night) was that they had 49 entries in the Mini Regularity, and the schedule of events shows a 15 minute practice session (9:00am) as well as a Mini Regularity event on Saturday (12:45pm) with another Mini Regularity scheduled for Sunday at 12:30.

I had that confirmed by Mrs Holloway in an email that *just* arrived in my inbox (11:05am Friday) - 1 practice, 2 regularities

I had an oil pressure malfunction (didn't have any) doing a Motorkhana last Sunday, so the engine is out, stripped (no damage, just worn) and is now at the machine shop. I'll get it back next Thursday (I'm in Sydney for work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), assemble it, bung it back in and probably be running it in on the way down to the Island - I'll go via the hills as long as they're not on fire

Anyone who reckons their engine hasn't got enough miles on it to run in a regularity (it's a non-speed event - come on!) is a big wussbag

half an hour of a few decent hills loading it up and getting it hot .....then Flay out, with your f@t out for another half hour 'till you get home! dump oil, change filter, check cylinder head tension, rocker clearances, fueling, leaks, timing, etc.......then back out for some more fun!!
