Flat steel face downwards. Use Kopr-kote anti seize on the bottom. |

Since ACL Gaskets went into liquidation some years ago there has been a shortage of top quality 850/998/1100 head gaskets. We introduced the German made Victor Reinz Mini head gaskets into Australia approx 1 year ago. Demand has been very high and as such we are out of stock. More due 5 weeks. |

I have used the German made Victor Reinz kit when I did a complete engine rebuild of my 2006 Mazda 6 diesel engine and have had no problems. I think there is an outlet in Victoria. |

There appears to be a bunch of suppliers in Oz...just google Victor Reinz gaskets Australia (for example) |

Attachment: Victor Reinz AF470V DSCF1487.JPG Not sure about Victor Reinz Mini head gaskets. There are 2 cooling holes which are obstructed to the head. One is on the radiator side and the other is the opposing hole on the clutch end. Decided to go with copper GEG300. |
