Is it ok to have Cooper S rear bags with Mini front bags.

I seriously doubt would make any difference so long as the bags on the same axle are matching, I think the difference between an S bag and a normal mini bag is in the spring rate, so maybe your rear suspension will be stiffer than the front by a smidge...

But after 50+ years I don't think there could be all that much difference between bags anyway...

Agree with simon k.
My mini K has standard displacers front and rear with added standard shock absorbers on the front. I can't notice the difference between that setup and the Mk2 S with correct S displacers.

it will not make any difference ,you should fit competition bump stops When fitted there is hardly any load on the displacers and the displacers will last much longer , also the car will handle better .Approx $100 Karcraft.

I agree re the rear. However I found comp ones too high at the front unless trimmed, so fitted std ones there.
My car now sits level with S/GT bags in front and Mini K/Matic in rear.
