I had read plenty of people struggling putting front & rear screens in and thought I'd pay to keep my blood pressure down. But then I had quotes of $300-600 to install... so thought it was worth having a go. It ended up being a pretty smooth install, maybe 2 1/2 hrs total, for a first time effort. Thanks to the how-to on here.

Even used the bent wire in the vice grips for the locking strip tool, but wound a bunch of tape around the jaws incase I slipped - worked a treat front and back 15min each - didn't swear once !

I used silicone lub spray, worked very well and easier to control exactly where the spray went. Also pinched a mountain bike tyre tool from my son that made the rubber/glass install easy(er).

Well done.
It can be a difficult job if the stars don't align.
