hi i have a 4/1972 Leyland Clubman, The Vin is yg2s75493. the numbers above the vin are 1-2-3-4-5a-7-8-9-10a-11-14-15-20-22-25-26. i believe the original colour is a middish blue colour, i need the original paint code to restore it. Any help would be appreciated.

you dont have the paint sticker?? should be inside the engine bay close to the front of the car - dulux dulon. I dont think you can know otherwise, unless someone knows what the 1972 middish blue colour was.

Just go to a paint supplier and ask them to look up their catalogue. Most Peps, Auto One etc parts suppliers sell paint, and have every code on record. Tell them the year and make/model, and they will advise you.
