This site shows a fair bit of detail regarding the build up of a mini-based limousine.

Have a read.

His final idea on page 2 is a funny one. My answer to it would be "While stationary?? I doubt it very much".

Before we moved to Sydney and a few years back. I actually saw a Mini limousine being driven at night around the area of oh bugger I cannot remember exactly.. But I think it was around Parramatta.. But could be wrong. It was black in color from memory to and had NSW plates on it which I think were also custom such as those expensive plates you pay for each year.

There was a young couple in the back of it and they looked like they were drinking champaign and may have come from a wedding or perhaps going to one.

I never saw it again. So perhaps someone else on this forum might be able to shed some light on it.

There is a bloke at Pendle Hill (Yes, that's near Parramatta 8) ) who has two. I've only seen one and it's a silver clubman. He was going to bring BOTH to our Drive-In Night earlier in the year until is pissed down

Hi Bob hope your Mini is feeling better :).

Do you know much about those Minis by anychance and does the fellow who own them run a limousine service or are they for his own private use?

I'm pretty sure they're just for his own private use.

I haven't spoken to him for quite some time.

Nice bloke, but runs a business and I think is also into Jags, and the Jag club so doesn't have much time for them any more. I think they're a little neglected actually.

Next time I'm over near his shop I'll try and speak to him - I can imagine what the better half would say to me if one turned up to pick her and the bridesmaids up on our wedding day!!!!!

Hi there Down Under,

I know that there are at least 2 Mini Limos in Australia.
You can find a picture of these 2 at my website www.minilimo.nl on page "MiniLimos around the World".

When somebody knows if there are more in Australia, please let me know.
