:lol: Back in 1975 I used to regularly take my Mini S from Adelaide to Mt Gambier for holidays. The only kit I took was a a plastic temporary windscreen and one of those suction cup things you used to stick on the windscreen in the hope that it would stop the screen from shattering when a rock hit it. Apart from that just the latest cassettes from Brian Ferry and Hot Chocolate :lol:

I just remembered; if you can organize it, give the passenger in the car behind you an old digital camera and ask them to "fire away".
That way you will have pics of your car and your memories, not someone else's. I did this at the Bathurst 2016 50th anniversary.
