Post subject:  Front wheel bearing question

Hi All
I'm replacing my front wheel bearing and when I've pulled it apart behind the rear/inside bearing was what looks like a retaining ring. Is this normal?
It won't effect bearing position but will impact where the rear seal sits.

It’s a “seal spacer” used to set the right spacing on the inside. I’d clean and refit them

2A4361 Spacer, 0.094” 2.38mm seal to inner bearing except Cooper ‘S’ N.L.A
21A1307 Spacer, 0.229” 5.81mm seal to inner bearing Cooper ‘S’ and 8.4” disc assembly No longer required. N.L.A
