Good afternoon all It would seem I need to replace the outer CV joint boots. Is there a superior product or are the original style the better product. I have seen the super stretchy ones which I assume are a silicone boot or is there a type which is better than others. What are everyones experiences? Cheers. |

I have just installed the Japanese made ones after ones from minisport UK lasted less than 2000km. I expect all the other non Japanese ones will be just as bad. The Japanese ones look and feel good but I wouldn't use the included ties. |

These ones are about 2000km old as well butI am trying to remember whether I fitted new ones or used a good old set. Also a part no and supplier for your new ones. Thanks & cheers. |

This is the failed minisport UK one. The section which goes onto the drive shaft broke off. Many thanks. Mine have a small split at the top of one of the peaks in the rubber. About an inch long on each one. It can hardly be seen, I only realised there was a problem because there was grease on the bottom arm. |

Hi Guys, Search for boots made by F.Boge in Germany- you will find local suppliers if you do a google search these are what I use on my Polaris ATV on the farm they are so stretchy that ...with the right tools, you can pull the small end over the CV Joint, they are multifit size {you can cut them down} in three different steps = they will fit Cooper S CV Joints- they are not cheap but they last and last |

If they had a website to buy online they would just about wipe out the competition, their prices are just so good. |

Just for information I went wirh generic universal super stretch boot kits which work very well, are easy to fit and seem good quality. Came with good clamps/ties and a satchet of grease. |
