there is no power at any of these.... if i start at the flasher which one of the 3 wires do i chase back?

Green wire from the fuse box goes to terminal B

If the indicators are working then you need to see if the flasher p terminal has power flashing when the indicators are on. It is best to use a test light instead of a multimeter.

Been out in the shed today and the 3 terminals are marked PLX and P is no power at all when the indicators are on.

Then the fault is likely the flasher.

Check that the other two terminals are wired the correct way, I am not sure what would happen if they are incorrect. I am guessing it would still flash but the pilot light might not work.

It's the only way it can go on as its 3 wires onto a plastic plug that plug onto the flasher unit.

That doesn't mean it is correct though. There is a chance someone has changed it or it has been incorrectly assembled if new.
