![]() Its fitted into the oil gallery in place of the oil pressure light switch. If you wan't to keep the light as well as the gauge, which is a good idea, you need to use a T piece so you can connect the gauge and the oil pressure light switch. Not 100% sure but I think the thread in the block is 1/8" BSP parallel fastening thread so you need an adapter with this thread. Regards RonR |

Simply unscrew the oil pressure switch & screw the fitting for the gauge tubing straight in. Some universal gauges come with a couple of brass bushes to suit different sender/switch sizes in different cars. Just make sure everything is nice & tight. Hot engine oil squirting out from under the dash is not nice ![]() |

the hole for the sender is no bigger than the hole for th water temp sender. in fact there the same diameter. I woud recomment putting a t or y peice in as if you don't your oil pressure warning light will never go off ![]() Cheers Aaron |

I always keep the oil pressure light as well as having the gauge. I fit a 25psi oil light switch so the light comes on before the bang not during the bang. ![]() |
