Is it possible to fit an overflow pipe to an AUD146 HS2. If so how, please? |

You’ll need a different lid with an overflow port / breather vent Eg https://www.barnfindspareparts.com.au/s ... ud9203~852 https://www.barnfindspareparts.com.au/s ... id-aud9210 This is the standard type with the pin hole https://www.barnfindspareparts.com.au/s ... id-aud9203 |

I couldn’t tell from the photo Bill. There seem to be many different versions, some with the second port at 90 degrees to the inlet, some at 180 degrees and the same applies to the overflow port. Some have an inlet, second carb port and also the vent https://sucarb.co.uk/float-chambers-spa ... -lids.html |

Generally the 9210 secondary pipe was an overflow - application to MGB etc |

My AUD146's have the small vent under the metal clip. Can this be drilled out and a small pipe fitted? |

It’s probably possible, but it’d get very close to the fuel inlet rubber hose. |
