A few users in Australia have reported getting a "banned due to IP address" message preventing them from logging in. Of course this is not intentional, but probably due to a glitch in the IP address filtering we do to minimise the number of SPAM registrations from unfriendly locations worldwide.

That was happening to me. Thanks Doug.
All is now good and ground control is again receiving Major Tom.

The answer is more likely that the user has a VPN installed on their computer. A VPN will create a new/random IP address when logging in. Sometimes these addresses can be flagged as suspect (for the want of a better word) and sites will block them. Try turning the VPN off and see if it works then.
