Post subject:  What happened to the ebay thread?
Did it get yanked? :? Did it get offensive or state anything incorrect?

The only reason I ask is that I was following the discussion throughout the day, and now I can't find it.

Poeee did the right thing, should have been pulled from the start. Poee could have gotten in trouble over that one.

Ok, understood. Not going to argue with the thread being pulled either way as when we sign up we accept the right for any thread to be pulled at any time without question.

It's just frustrating trying to remember what category the thread was in, searching, and looking for it and coming up with nothing. Could I suggest in future that when it is pulled, if it is possible to remove all of the content and just leave a marker indicating that it is gone? That way people don't get confused looking for things, and it also serves to educate everyone on what isn't acceptable on the forum.

No apologies are necessary from anyone 8) , I don't think anybody could have imagined it would have ended up opening the can of worms that it did, and the whole thing just snowballed from there.

I'm certain that nobody on here would deliberately want to risk the entire forum for any single post, I just ask in future if it possible can we have a place marker like has been done on other posts where something explicit has gone up - something like Removed by Admin.

Oh, and I suspect that Adee is the Stig.
