the usual story... it's a bit of a track use only item...

i think minispares has a comment on them to the tune of, not for rough roads... ;)

just remeber if you're fitting them to only use one hand... so you can keep the other one down your pants..

Of coarse Cushy that hand down the pants is to protect yourself ...............Right?

I was thinking of getting some of them as well but they are big dollars and it is big dollars that I don't have well at least for another couple of years yet.

The only advantage would be less weight.
I can think of about ten disadvantages. 8)

In my view they are a waste of money that could be better spent on other things.

One is they have only about 1 working coil and are so short they fall out of position if the car `gets air'...
Check the www.minimania.com site
- some guys there love 'em- others (including KC) hate 'em.
Another prob is no shocks on the planet are calibrated to suit them (according to KC).

As Kev says, do a search on the Mini Mania site. There have been a few guys with major issues concerning them including breakages. There does seem to be legitimate concerns that need addressing at this stage and KC is fairly vocal in his findings to say the least, but there are others just as scathing. You pay your money and take your chances I guess.
