I have some holes in one of my sills for rust repair. I may just replace it yet (although van sills seem to be rare and expensive).

Just wondering the best way to spray around rust converter/paint/fishoil/whatever inside?

Something with about 30cm of flexible hose and a nossle at the end would be ideal.

What is normally done in this area?
