What type of fuel do you run?
Unleaded and it runs fine.. 8%  8%  [ 5 ]
Unleaded + Flashlube (or other lead substitute) 17%  17%  [ 11 ]
95 Octane Premium 11%  11%  [ 7 ]
95 Octane Premium + Flashlube (or other lead substitute) 3%  3%  [ 2 ]
BP Ultimate 98 Octane 16%  16%  [ 10 ]
BP Ultimate 98 Octane + Flashlube (or other lead substitute) 30%  30%  [ 19 ]
Shell Optimax 3%  3%  [ 2 ]
Shell Optimax + Flashlube (or other lead substitute) 3%  3%  [ 2 ]

Thought i'd just run a poll to see who is running standard unleaded fuel..

Might as well post the level of work your engine has had done or whether it's stock....

I run plain unleaded fuel in my mini

It has the head modified to suit unleaded fuel, so I dont run any additives.

i only use bp ultimate and only use flash lube
the calaise gets ultimate
the mini gets ultimate
makka

Anonymous moderation means the agro that is built up towards the mods isn't aimed at an individual (fewer "Makk" attacks). Less stress for mods means less moderator "retirements".

BP Ultimate & Flashlube in Ha-Ha, (10.7:1 C/R, SS valves no inserts)
BP Ultimate (or other 98 octane) in Barney (9.5:1, unleaded inserts).

Nothing less than 98 octane.
Prix Max for the good stuff 102 octane. $3.30 a litre though

The 1275 will be converted to unleaded, though I'll still run it on the high octane stuff.

I fed mine some NOS octane boost once. Bloody waste of time & $$. It went better when I refilled with plain 98... :wink:

i use BP ultimate and flashlube

but when i cant find a BP mobil 8000 seems to be not bad either?
