Sympathies :(

The phrase "downhill mountain bike" springs to mind ?

Might give you a chance to look at marketing & taking deposits on those BMW head kits.
Got some $$$ coming my way & you've already done the prototype...

Mike

Make sure they put proper stainless steel in, non of that plastic rubbish. Best of luck in recovering with no long term problems.

If i told you once Matt, i 've said it a thousand times..... you are a Mini Mehcanic, that is your job.

YOU ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDER  ........... you cannot earn a living from it.

P.S Hope all goes well with the scan, recovery etc. Don't become more of an alcoholic than you already are ok?

Ah dude! FFS! When I said to hold off doing my engine for a while, I didn't mean to incapacitate yourself so you were physically unable to do it.

Give me call if you need anything mate. I could come and take pics of your ankle instead of the twinky. :)

hee hee,,,thanks guys,,,feel better allready :-)

Handra, sorry to hear about your leg mate,,, DH can be dangerous but only if you fall off hey?,,,i over shot a 30ft gap jump & landed on the flat about a 10ft after the down ramp, i normally under shoot jumps & case the rear wheel a bit until i work the speed out & then i`m normally sweet, but this one had a super fast entry & i let her go, silly , way too fast & way too big :-(

AWDMOKE, i was seriously concidering selling one of my Bimmer Cyl heads & i even typed it into my original post, but then had second thoughts & backspaced it :-)

I`ll be getting my Monaco back from preditor Motorsport next week (they`ve been making & fitting the intercooler for me) so i`m gonna get young Stewy to rip the motor back out & i`ll be sitting at my bench building it, hopfully for the very last time, so maybe when my foot is out of it`s cast i might have a donk ready for anger :-)

BROWN CLUBMAN,,,I have lots of clubby parts including a complete drive away car if you`re keen, going cheap

GAFMO thanks man, & yeah, some of what i have "stored away" i won`t be selling :-) :-) :-)

CHRIS,,,i think they`re doin titanium screws, hee hee, you know how much of a weight weiny i am :-)

SG,,, I win most of my races & they keep giving me Tyres & stuff, so i basically race for nothing, most of the guys that come racing with me pay for all the fuel & food etc so it doesn`t cost me diddly squat,,,well,,,till i break my foot i spose :-)

MORPHIAS,,,,yeah, come on round & take some pics next week mate , havn`t got any of the ankle yet & the Monaco has the donk in & the intercooler mounted now, so should get some more "progressive shots hey?

I have had some Private messages about parts for sale & it takes me a while to get down stairs & down the back to the shed, & then it takes a while to get to the various bins & boxes & shelves to find the bits, so if you guys can wait a little, i definately will respond, just might not be till next week :-)

ok???

cheers guys & thanks again
